G1 Arm
The standard GYS arm and the starting point for everyday structural spot-welding work. It covers a broad range of common repair access and should be part of every core arm package.
Explore the complete GYS G-Arm range for structural spot welding. Compare arm geometry, shop replacement parts, access service documentation, and build the setup your technicians need.
Not every repair gives the technician the same approach angle. The GYS arm system allows you to expand beyond the standard setup and select the geometry that best fits the panel, clearance, and repair position.
Our team can help you compare arm options, equipment compatibility, and the accessories needed to keep your spot welder ready for production.

The standard GYS arm and the starting point for everyday structural spot-welding work. It covers a broad range of common repair access and should be part of every core arm package.

Designed specifically for wheelhouse repairs and other areas where the panel geometry makes a standard arm difficult to position. Its shape gives the technician a cleaner approach in confined wheelhouse locations.

The 200 mm G-Arm provides a compact step up from the standard arm, giving the technician additional reach without moving into the much larger rear-body-panel arm sizes.

A 500 mm arm built for rear body panels and other repairs that require substantial reach into the vehicle structure. This is one of the key arms for reaching around deeper panel assemblies.

Similar in purpose to the G4, but extended another 100 mm. At 600 mm, the G5 provides the additional depth needed for larger rear-body-panel repairs and other deep structural access points.

One of our best-selling optional arms because of its exceptionally tight access. With only 46 mm from end to end on the arm side, the G6 reaches areas that larger arm bodies simply cannot enter.

A pincher-style arm similar in concept to other C-to-X adapters. This one is designed for extremely tight repair areas and is particularly useful around radiator supports and other narrow structural locations.

An ultra-wide, ultra-light arm with outstanding reach for deep repair scenarios. It is especially valuable when a rear body panel extends far into the vehicle and the technician needs broad access without excessive arm weight.

Similar in application to the G7, but with substantially greater squeeze pressure and a wider range of electrode combinations. The G9 is the standard GYS C-to-X adapter for versatile, high-pressure access.

An ultra-lightweight 600 mm arm that delivers functionality similar to the G5 with less weight at the end of the welding cable. It is built for deep access while reducing technician fatigue.

Functionally similar to the G9, but designed for systems such as the GYS NEO that use a threaded arm connection. It provides the same C-to-X-style access in a configuration suited to threaded mounting.

At 1,000 mm—nearly 40 inches—the G12 delivers exceptional reach for major structural work. We have used it for floors, roofs, transmission-tunnel tubs, and other repairs that are simply unreachable with conventional arms.

With 315 mm of height and a 210 mm opening, the G14 provides 100 mm more opening than the G3. It effectively fills the gap between the G3 and G4 for repairs requiring more clearance without moving to a full 500 mm arm.
